Rules

1. Europe Cup is a team competition.

2. Only managers who have reached level 4 and scored at least 1,500 points in the Qualification are allowed to participate in the Europe Cup.


3. Terms and definitions:

    a. Team / National Team – a group of managers gathered by a coach to participate in the competition together;
    b. Team Coach – a manager who has qualified and activated the coach status;
    c. Glory Points – points that a manager receives in tournaments as a reward for reaching the next stage;
    d. Team Points – points that are awarded to a national team in a Europe Cup tour: for a win in a pair based on Glory Points – 1 point, for a draw – 0.5 points, in the absence of Glory Points or the required minimum* – 0 points;
    e. Europe Points – points awarded to the winning team based on the results of the Europe Cup tour; they are defined as the sum of Team Points earned during the tour;
    f. Swiss System – a system for holding sports tournaments for a large number of participants.


Minimum Glory Points Limit:

- Required minimum Glory Points in the current tour is defined as 20% of the average value earned in the previous tours.
- If a manager has not earned the minimum value, then regardless of the result, he is awarded 0(zero)
Europe Points.
- Points earned, even if they are less than the minimum limit, are counted towards the overall Total Score.


4. Team coach is given the opportunity to assemble a team to participate in the European Championship. The team must consist of 7 managers, including the coach.
The coach has the right to request assistance in completing the team or to participate with an incomplete team if the team has at least 4 managers and the coach has not requested assistance.

5. The administration reserves the right to disband or complete incomplete teams according to the above conditions.


6. Teams earn Glory Points in matches of official tournaments on the website www.11x11.com. In each tour, teams are divided into pairs.

- During the day, teams compete in the number of Glory Points earned.
- Points earned before 23:59 Moscow time are counted, at 00:00 the next tour automatically begins.

7. The competition is held according to a modified Swiss system in 2 stages within one table:

   a. The first round - 3 calendar weeks (tours 1-18);
   b. The second round - 1 calendar week (tours 19-24) with a double coefficient (
Europe Cup Points are doubled);
   c. The losing team receives a penalty equal to the winner's points, not doubled. Example: if the score is 7–0, the winner receives 14 points, the loser - 7 points;
   d. In case of a draw between teams, both receive 0 points;
   e. 
Europe Cup Points system is based on the summation of Team Points for each tour;
   f. Opponents are assigned daily based on the current position in the table;
   g. Pairs may be repeated no more than once a week;
   h. Managers from each team are compared in the corresponding positions (first against first, second against second, etc.):
- If the Glory Points of one manager are higher than those of his opponent, he receives 1 point;
- If lower - 0 points;
- In case of equality - 0.5 points;
- If the team does not have a player in the position - 0 points for this pair;
- If the manager's Glory Points are 0, he gets 0 points, regardless of the opponent's result.
   i. At the end of the tour, Team Points are summed up in the Europe Points table, which is formed in descending order:
- Europe Points;
  Glory Points Sum.
   j. Sunday is a day off throughout the
Europe Cup.

9. During the Europe Cup, it is allowed to transfer up to 5 paid boosters within a team per tour.

A tour is considered played if for at least 50% of the tour's duration there was a technical possibility of participating in tournaments.
If the game service was unavailable for more than 50% of the tour's duration, its result is cancelled, and the tour is postponed to the next day or a replay date is set.
Points received in a cancelled tour are not taken into account, the counting starts anew.

The administration reserves the right to make changes to the regulations partially or completely, depending on the progress of the competition.
