1. World Cup is a team competition.
2. Participation in the World Cup accept managers reached 4 level or higher and got 1500 points or more at WC Qualification.
3.Terms and Definitions:
a. Team - a group of managers, collected by a coach, for joint participation in the competition;
b. Coach - is the manager, that past qualification, and activate coach status.
c. Glory Points - points that players will get in the tournament as the prize for reaching the next stage;
d. Team points - points that are accrued to team in the World Cup tour, where a victory in a pair, which is determined by comparing of glory points, gives the team 1 point; draw - 0.5 points; in the absence of glory points in a pair - 0 points;
e. WC points - points that are accrued to winning team, they based on the results of the World Cup tour, they are defined as the sum of the collected Team Points per tour;
f. The Swiss system - a system of sports tournaments for a large number of participants.
4. Coach gets the opportunity to gather a team to participate in the World Cup. World Cup team should consist of the 11 managers considering the coach. Coach has the right to request assistance in the finalize staffing of team or to participate in incomplete composition, if at the time of the launch in the team are 9 managers, and the coach has not requested assistance in finalize staffing.
5. The administration reserves the right to disband incomplete team or man up according to the above conditions.
6. Teams gain glory points in matches of official tournaments on the site www.11x11.com. In each tour team-participants are divided into pairs. During the day, teams compete in the amount of earned glory points. Glory points in current tour scored until 00:00 pm (Moscow time), and then automatically starts a new tour.
7. The competition is held by the Swiss system in 2 rounds within a single table:
a. The first round will last for 3 calendar weeks (1 - 18 tours);
b. The second round will last for 1 calendar week (19 - 24 tours) with double coefficient (WC points will be double);
b.2. The team that loses the match receives a penalty equal to the unmultiplied winner's score. So, if the team won the second round with a score of 11-0, then the winner gets +22 points, and the loser - (minus) 11 points.
c. The scoring system of WC points is based on the difference in the team points in a pair;
d. For each team daily assigned an opponent according to the current position in the standings, team points and glory points;
e. From each team managers are compared to corresponding positions (first against the first and the second against a second, etc.):
- If the glory points of the manager for game day more than his opponent for the position, he gets 1 point, otherwise - gets 0 points, in case of equality of points 0.5;
- if one of the teams are missing of player, then this team for this pair loses;
- If the glory points of the manager per day is 0, then the team gets 0 points, no matter how much points has his opponent;
f. At the end of each tour team points are added to the World Cup points in the overall table, which is formed in descending order:
g. Sunday is a day off throughout the World Cup.
8. During the tours of the World Cup permitted to transmit within the team paid boosters, but no more than 5 boosters of one tour.
The tour is considered to be played, if within 50% of the time allotted for its holding, there was a technical possibility to play in tournaments.
If gaming service was not available in the period of more than 50% of the tour time, his result is canceled and postponed a tour the next day or announced the exact date of the tour replay. This means that points earned in the canceled tour, are not counted and counting begins anew.
The administration reserves the right to partially or fully correct some segments of the Rules, depending on the results of rounds.
